The Process
What does building a custom home look like?
Thanks to our in-house team, building a custom home for retirement on our property is easy! You can choose from various available lots on the property to decide where you’d like your new home. After this, you will work with our in-house broker to design every aspect of your home.
The construction process takes 8-12 weeks after the design is submitted. Once your home is built, add some spice to the outside by working with our property manager and landscapers to design and install the finishing touches on the outside of your new home.
